Mom's half-rezday party
I got to see both my moms and Aunt Gala last night!

I made it to Argent-mom's half-rezday party.  I wasn't able to stay, which was really disappointing, but my chronoton radiation output was playing havok with Soph-mom's systems.  I took off - my moms needed to dance together more than I needed to meet their friends.  There'll be lots of other chances around the Core.

I didn't get any photos - I figued the extra electronic activity might bring *everything* down.  But, mom got a couple photos of me while we were getting ready.  And I know, if I don't post them, she will  - and with *really* embarrassing captions.  

So here's my first foray into finding my own style - what do you think?

Goddess bless, honey! A full 2000 millisophs, *and* your other mom's dignity and poise!

This world's gonna be *yours,* dear daughter...

I know we're ridiculously hard acts to follow. You haven't had it easy, coming into your own - which is why we supported you going off to school.

But you're doing great! I'm incredibly proud of you...

*bites her lip and blinks hard, then leaves before she embarrasses you too much*

Oh sweetness...that dress is...well, it's you. I'm glad you're finding your own way here. Mom and I are trying not the be "helicopter parents" but, well, you know...

*steps quietly aside, holding back tears. Proud of her daughter but always amazed at how fast she's growing. Hugs Soph quietly as she leaves.*

Oh, mom -

You've been *great* - I even wish we were seeing more of each other, and how many kids can say that?

And I promise I'm not going to look like that very much, k? :)
